APCON Appoints New Senior Leadership
Mohit Jalori named regional director of engineering, Philip Chan named director of solutions engineering, and Kevin Copestake named regional sales manager of UK and Ireland
APCON, a leading provider of intelligent network visibility and security solutions, announced an expansion to the company’s leadership team. Mohit Jalori was promoted to regional director of engineering, Philip Chan joined APCON as the company’s director of solutions engineering, and Kevin Copestake was hired to lead APCON’s sales organization for the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Jalori joined APCON in 2014 as the engineering software manager. He was responsible for growing APCON’s engineering team and expertise at its regional center in Texas. In his new role as regional director of engineering, he oversees the team responsible for the design and development of software for APCON’s network visibility and security solutions. Jalori previously led software development activities at Texas Instruments and Blackberry.
During his 22 years of experience involving software development, IP solutions, and support and test engineering, Chan has managed IT solutions from start to finish. As APCON’s director of solutions engineering, Chan leads a North American team responsible for providing APCON customers state-of-the-art network visibility and security solutions. Prior to APCON, he served as director of network solutions for Huawei Technologies and has held a number of leadership positions at Cisco Systems Advanced Services.
Copestake was appointed as the regional sales manager for United Kingdom and Ireland. He oversees APCON’s business strategy, sales and pre-sales engineering operations for the region. Previously, Copestake held technical sales roles for SME and FTSE 100 companies across a number of sectors including healthcare, food production, military communications and cloud software.
