End of Sale - the last date to purchase a product

  • One year after EOS software and firmware bug fixes, maintenance releases, workarounds, and patches are no longer provided.
  • Two years after EOS quotes and product inquiries for hardware, firmware, and software updates are no longer accepted.

End of Life - the last date of support for a product in the field

  • Two years after EOL, spares and replacement parts for hardware are no longer made available. Additionally, requests to repair EOL products are no longer considered.
