Apcon offers a range of software applications complementing its line of physical layer switch products. Seamless integration of hardware and software means that anyone from novice to network professional has powerful and flexible options for increased productivity.
WebX is an embedded Web graphical user interface to view and control connections, port settings, user access, security levels, locking and zoning, and to retrieve environmental parameters. WebX is accessible via IE and FireFox. It comes embedded on the IntellaPatch and requires no additional installation.
Monitor simplifies equipment sharing in enterprise network applications. It enables fast, easy device connection control via graphical presentations of equipment, connections, and administrative information.
The embedded CLI is a text based interface accessible via Telnet, SSH, or serial console. It provides a rich command set that may be accessed interactively or through scripting. The CLI is embedded and requires no additional installation.
SNMP
SNMP Simple Network Management Protocol, called SNMP, allows the INTELLAPATCH switch to be seamlessly
integrated into existing network and element management platforms via APCON’s standardized MIBs
(Management Information Base). With APCON’s SNMP interface, the INTELLAPATCH switch can be
monitored for health, status, configuration and inventory.
TITAN is the ideal software for enabling users to cascade multiple INTELLAPATCH switches to create an
expanded virtual matrix switch. TITAN enables IT managers and test engineers to optimize use of
expensive network tools by easily sharing pooled devices and allowing them to be virtually deployed as necessary.
TITAN also offers the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) among its competition. The system requires less up-front
investment, is easier to configure and can be implemented more quickly
