Apcon Professional Services provides installation, training, support and design services to customers, with the goal of making it easy for any organization to quickly and successfully deploy and integrate Apcon’s switches and software.

Professional Services is equipped to address the needs of both enterprise production networks and test lab environments. The full suite of services including installation, training, support and system design is offered, either as part of a standardized package or as a custom-tailored program. For test labs, the business unit is also available to assist with special requests, such as automation script development.

Training Development and Education

Eight standard course selections are currently available or our instructors can custom-tailor a training program to keep engineers and staff up-to-date on matrix switch maintenance and management software operations. Training choices include:

Installation & Integration Services

Apcon Professional Services can devise a plan that brings a technician to your location for the purpose of system installation and device set-up. Apcon technicians can do everything from installation and configuration of switches and software to testing and optimizing network functionality.

Our consultants are certified to analyze your network and test lab infrastructure and offer solutions for increased bandwidth, scalability, maximum uptime and efficiency. From a ground-up design to stand-alone additions, we have the know-how to integrate Apcon technology and make it work for you.

Automation & Scripting Libraries

Apcon offers libraries of automation scripts providing full-feature support for many of our products. Script libraries facilitate easy integration into existing automation infrastructures or can function as a stand-alone automation tool for APCON products.
