Data Capture

APCON's 1RU network monitoring switch with IntellaStore data capture offers a capability unique among packet aggregation switching solutions - making it possible to isolate portions of network traffic and store them on the switch.

IntellaStore allows network engineers to save filtered data captures from a single source or multiple aggregated links. Data capture files may be specified based on a time period, file size, or the number of packets to capture.

Analysis with Wireshark

Once stored, captured data can be analyzed with the popular Wireshark module that has been embedded in the IntellaStore switch! Wireshark opens directly in a browser window and offers the full functionality of the software for immediate data analysis.

Data File Export

Data center managers with proprietary or external analysis tools can easily export IntellaStore data capture files for external review. You can access files directly from the switch or through an optional file sharing module.
