Various standard Fibre Channel disk drives can be used in the enclosure. Apcon's TestDrive is ideal for interoperability lab test and remote data mirroring as an alternative to large capacity storage.

The Apcon Fibre Channel Drive Enclosure directly connects a Fibre Channel Hard Drive to your Fiber Optic or Copper Fibre Channel network, lab or test equipment for applications that don’t require large and expensive RAID or JBOD enclosures. The Apcon Fibre Channel Drive Enclosure can be connected to a fiber optic or copper host by simply using an industry standard hot swappable SFP transceiver. The storage capacity can be configured to 36, 73 or 146 GB using industry standard Fibre Channel hard drives.
