CLI

The embedded CLI is a tool that provides interactive and programmatic access to IntellaPatch physical layer switches via Telnet, SSH, or serial console. It allows developers to include interaction with Apcon switches in a wide variety of environments through a rich command set that provides access to all features of the IntellaPatch.

The IntellaPatch can be controlled through this interface using your preferred scripting language. Scripting increases the operational flexibility and automation capabilities of IntellaPatch physical layer switches. Tcl, Perl, Java, and PHP are a few of the more widely used scripting languages used in conjunction with the programmatic interface. Developers can integrate commands into automation scripts that control both Apcon switches and third party devices.
