Titan version 1.4 is the newest generation management software that enables control of physical connections within test lab and enterprise networks. This new version of Titan software incorporates numerous enhancements that increase both the functionality and ease of use. Improvements include:
- A powerful active network and topology device selector tool.
- Color coded device connections with a window zoom feature.
- Device "Wizard" to simplify new device set-up.
- Advanced log feature with an archive & purge utility.
Titan has a powerful graphical user interface (GUI) and command line interface (CLI) to control APCON physical layer switches, 3rd party switches and other network devices. The user friendly active network topology selector tool provides network managers a virtual canvas from which "drag-and-drop" connections can be made with a simple click of a mouse.
Titan software facilitates easy to understand connections of multiple APCON and third party physical layer switches to create limitless virtual switch architecture capable of supporting thousands of ports. Titan also eliminates the need to map physical layer inter-switch connections by use of a proprietary algorithm to perform error checking and which automatically routes traffic to the most efficient connection path.
