We expect 2007 to be a very exciting and challenging year here at APCON. Planned throughout the year are several new product introductions that will augment our already impressive line-up of Physical Layer Switch products and services. I'm also pleased to announce the availability of our newest version of our popular Titan software package which greatly simplifies connections between APCON and other manufacturers' products with a simple click of a mouse (see more information in this newsletter regarding TITAN version 1.4). This newest version of Titan incorporates many new powerful features that provide IT managers with the features and functionality to mange complex network architectures. Additionally, we continue to move forward on new product initiatives and future developments that will yield the next generation best-in class Physical Layer Switch products.
To further improve our customer support, in February we launched a new support Web site that contains many useful tools, FAQ's and documents to help all customers from the accomplished user to those customers seeking to evaluate our products for the first time. Now everyone can get instant access to many of the tools, software upgrades and help in one easy to use Web site, http://support.apcon.com. This important Web site will continue to be upgraded with product information, useful help questions and hardware and software improvements to keep our customer fully informed and updated with our products and services. At APCON, our commitment to our customers is to provide continued product enhancements for every IntellaPatch product solution we offer.
